Useful reviews are specific, attributed, and clear about their source.
Reviews submitted here
Write about your own experience and select a public display name. Do not post private records, email addresses, phone numbers, or another patient’s identifying information. Do not submit paid or incentivized reviews, impersonate another person, or post multiple ratings for the same experience.
Moderation
New reviews are held for moderation. Positive, negative, and mixed experiences are eligible for publication under the same rules. Moderation checks relevance, spam, duplicate submissions, and private information; approval does not verify the reviewer’s identity or medical treatment. We do not label reviews as verified patients without a documented verification process.
Existing reviews
The redesign preserves existing approved comments, star ratings, titles, and dates. A comment with no recorded rating stays unrated. Replies remain discussion and do not become additional scored reviews. Historical testimonials embedded in editorial copy are not converted into native reviews.
External sources
External reviews are summarized with attribution and a link to their original source. Provider-hosted testimonials are identified as such. These samples are not exhaustive or a representative survey, and they do not alter our on-site ratings. Dates and scores, where supplied, are snapshots rather than live platform totals. We do not repost entire collections of copyrighted reviews or identify anonymous reviewers.
Corrections and responses
Contact the editorial team to report a factual error, privacy concern, suspected duplicate, or review-policy issue. A provider disagreement alone is not a reason to remove an otherwise eligible negative review. Provider responses must identify their role and avoid disclosing patient information.
Spam prevention and provider suggestions
A valid private email address and a basic arithmetic spam check are required. New reviews and provider suggestions wait for moderation. Email addresses are visible only to authorized administrators and are not published. Suggestions do not create public profiles automatically. Contact us to request correction or deletion of your submission. Administrators should delete rejected suggestions and their contact details when no longer needed.
