Dr. Miguel Navarro is the director and founder of the Tijuana Bariatric Surgery Center, as well as the Bariatric Center’s Chief of Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Miguel Navarro is a renowned bariatric surgeon who finished his four-year general surgery residency at Hospital General Tijuana. (General Hospital of Tijuana). He then moved on to study advanced laparoscopic, bariatric, and metabolic surgery at the University of Strasbourg in France.
